What made you start your own business?
We love making people safer and better prepared against the unknown dangers that exist, whether it be natural or man-made. Couple that with the experience we possess, the only right thing to do is pass it on to you. We believe that you deserve to have the tools to be safer and would be selfish if we held all our training and knowledge to ourselves. Entrepreneurship is stressful, however, by knowing our sole purpose is you, it makes it easy to keep going.

With the variety of areas you teach how can you be an expert in all of them?
With over 22 years in the security industry we have learned to keep things simple; ultimately, over complicating them or making them complex can result in catastrophic failure. Therefore, we keep our plans, procedures and training grounded in simplicity, so you can execute. We have extensive training and professional experience in everything we offer, or we wouldn’t provide it. Your safety and security is our top priority. Bottom-line: We won’t teach, or provide a service, that we wouldn’t do for our own families.

My employer doesn’t really care about our safety, what can we do?
As an employer you are not only required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) General Duty Clause to provide a safe environment, but why wouldn’t you want to make sure they are safe? After all, they are fellow member of our community, moms, dads, brothers, and sisters and are working hard to make your company a success. Furthermore, our training increases self-confidence and office moral. When you combine those two, you will have a more successful office. Motivational speakers come and change someone’s life for 1 da then it is business as usual. Our training establishes the foundation for a person’s life of safe decisions and actions. Spend your money wisely. Here is the OSHA General Duty Clause: Each employer -- (1) shall furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees.

I am a small or medium sized business and don’t really need security or safety training, do I
All businesses have some sort natural or man-made threat. Whether a threat of violence, or a catastrophic earthquake or natural gas explosion, you need to possess a plan of action, and your entire team from the top down needs to be trained on it. Lives depend on it.
