Personal Defense Readiness Overview Video
A brief overview video of the Personal Defense Readiness (PDR) course.  The course focuses on much more than just movements. At the end of the training you understand:
The Blauer Tactical Systems S.P.E.A.R. system
How to manage fear
Understand instinct and intuition
Detect a potential situation
Non-violent postures to defuse a confrontation
Detect using the S.P.E.A.R. tactic

Finnegan Security Solutions number one training rule:  "show the students what they can do, not what you can do".  This rule not only provides you the maximum learning experience, but doessn't give you a false sense of security full of complex movements that won't work when you need them most.
